JA Retail Overview
We sell a variety of pre-made items in our business. We also have a giant display board that can be decorated. Sometimes the display highlights our products or a seasonal theme. The choice will be yours to make.
CEO
As the CEO, I am responsible for all of the business operations. I am busy throughout the day, and I help set prices for our products. My job includes signing the rental agreement and all of the employee and business checks. I encourage all of the employees to complete their work, and I also give a speech at the Town Meeting.
CFO
As second in command, I spend most of my time working on a computer to help process the payroll checks for employees. I pay all of the business expenses and make deposits to the bank. I am very busy throughout the day and have A LOT of paper work on my desk. It is important for me to be organized.
Product Manager
I purchase the supplies for our business from the Delivery and Supply Center, making certain I check the inventory supply list. I work closely with the Sales Manager to create an attractive display board to help draw customers to our business.
Sales Manager
I assist with setting the prices for our products. I also decorate our display board to help draw customers to our business and manage the inventory of our products to make sure all JA BizTown citizens have an opportunity to purchase them. I operate the sales computer and greet and assist customers as they enter our business.
